LG Joins the Firefox OS Bandwagon with LG Fireweb.

LG became the third mobile manufacturing company, apart from ZTE and Alcatel to launch Firefox OS based smartphones. LG has branded its first Firefox OS as LG Fireweb. It has 4' HVGA TFT touchscreen, powered by 3G, Qualcomm processor with 1 GHz CPU and 2 GB internal memory with inbuilt mirco sd card slot. It has 5 MP camera with LED flash.

Latin Americans will be the first person to owe this device starting with Brazil. Later, it will launched in Mexico, Peru and Uruguay by Telefonica. The device is priced at $ 207 equivalent.
